Michael Gallagher - Chartered Physiotherapist

Irish trained - graduate with first class honours - University College Dublin. Extensive hospital and private experience at Blackrock Clinic, O 'Neil Sports Clinic as well as the Mater, St. James' and St. Vincent's Hospitals. Post-graduate training in spinal treatment, biomechanical evaluation, ergonomic assessment and orthotic prescription. Founder of Knocknacarra Physiotherapy in 2000 which evolved to Baily Point Physiotherapy in 2007. Michael enjoys living in Galway with his wife, Niamh and his three young children. Personal interests include running, golf and sailing.  


Darcy Noel - Chartered Physiotherapist

New Zealand trained - 2006 graduate. Graduate of Auckland University of Technology. Clinical experience as sports physiotherapist in a private practice in New Zealand. Post graduate training in manual therapy, strapping and pilates. Personal interests include music, cooking and travel.



Geraldine Kelly - Chartered Physiothetrapist

 Irish trained - graduate of University of limerick 2010. Extensive clinical experience working for Cantebury District Healthboard New Zealand for the past 4 years. Previously worked in Irealnd and France as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist. Post graduate training in Maunal Therapy, Dry Needling & Myofascial release techniques. Geraldine has a keen interest in management of complex chronic pain conditions. Personal interests include keeping Fit, travelling, music and spending time with friends & family.


Una Ni Mhainin - Chartered Physiotherapist

Irish trained - graduate of University of Limerick 2007. Una has worked in private practice & hospital setting both here in Ireland as well as Australia and New Zealand. She has extensive experience working with teams including Rugby Union & AFL in Australia and local GAA in Ireland. She has a keen interest in Pilates, maunal therapy and Dry Needling. A native of Galway, Una has recently joined the Baily Point team having worked in Dublin for the past 4 years.


Paula McWalter - Chartered Physiotherapist

UK trained - 2009 graduate of Teeside University, Middlesborough. Clinical experience working in Galway City and County in private practice, the Belfast Trust group of Hospitals and the NHS in North East England. Post graduate training in Medical Acupuncture/Dry Needling, K Taping, Manual Therapy and has a special interest in Neurology and Womens Health. Personal interests include travel, reading and spending time with her dogs.


Cait McNamara - Chartered Physiotherapist

Irish trained - University of Limerick. Qualified DMA Pilates Instructor. Pilates instructor for all beginners and intermediate courses carried out by Baily Point. Hydrotherapy instructor for both individual sessions as well as mobility classes. Cait is also available for personal training, home and nursing home visits. Personal interests include keeping fit and spending time with her husband and daughters.


Deirdre Kelly - Chartered Physiotherapist

Irish trained - 1988 graduate - University College Dublin. Extensive hospital and private practice in Canada, Galway, Cork and Beaumount Hospital. Post graduate training in Acupuncture, maunal therapy, muscle energy technique. Deirdre lives in Galway with her husband, Paul and her two children. Personal interests include walking, travel, scouting, family and cooking.
